orientation and introduction for new VFA-14
"Tophatters" pilots and applicants, and to provide some
files for the general community. If you have come here from another site
or to get something else (such as the No CD hack), welcome!

Included are some links you should visit for down-loadable missions for training, and some missions you should download and fly to help prepare yourself for full integration into the VFA-14 "Tophatters"

As usual, this site is under construction, just loaded on February 15, 2001. More will come in the near future, including self-installing programs for training missions, pending permission from Baldeagle.

Voice-over Training Missions

related-includes training missions, where you learn the basics from
formation flight and navigation, to employing the many weapons available
to you to maximize damage. Also has downloadable missions designed by
other pilots, and an excellent mission builder forum.
Carrier Operations
Ham has provided an excellent
brief on carrier ops..a must read.
Campaign Building
Not for the faint of heart-Jayp has provided a great
site describing the structure of building your own campaign.
NOTE: These files are installer programs. You may launch them from here or save them and launch them from your computer. (Be sure and read carefully when the program launches) I created these self installers due to numerous questions from people about "where do I put this, etc." More installers to come in the future. Please email me to let me know how these worked, and for suggestions.
